3. Payment Terms
- • Consulting: 50% deposit required, remainder due on completion
- • Academy: Full payment upon enrollment
- • Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or purchase order
- • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide timely access to SFMC environments, assign knowledgeable contacts, respond within agreed timeframes, and maintain backups of your data and configurations.
5. Intellectual Property
Orchevia retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and training materials. You retain ownership of your data and business processes. Custom deliverables become yours upon full payment.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. This obligation continues indefinitely after engagement ends.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orchevia's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
